Mike started his career with a single travel agency almost three decades ago, which he grew into one of the largest privately held travel agencies in the American Southeast. Since then, Mike has acquired an in-depth knowledge of nearly every facet of the Travel industry. In 1995, he founded one of the 1st online travel sties, 11thHourVacations.com and built it into one of the largest online sellers of complex travel. Mike’s last role was as the president of Rovia, LLC where he developed the company into a global competitor, earning the World Travel Award for the World’s Leading On-line Travel Agency. Mike’s understanding of e- commerce, travel distribution, and executive coaching make him uniquely skilled at working without boundaries of size and scope.


Paul’s career spans on a long and diversified history of travel experience industry from an early background overseeing international receptive operations for major European Tour Operator brands such as First Choice and British Airways holidays to early online travel agency distribution operations, developing in-house technology solutions, post-company acquisition integration strategies. Paul also gained extensive experience with senior roles at other multinational organizations including Hotelbeds and Tourico Holidays where he oversaw a large international procurement and contracting team and more recently at Rovia LLC where he was instrumental in building all components of a global OTA and traditional agency, serving multi-location procurement and CS operations as well as product development of group, B2B and B2C content. Today Paul is responsible for distribution and technology, international procurement, operations and customer service at Custom Travel Solutions.


Mike began his career in the lodging industry with Consulting, Sales Management, and Operations roles with the Hotel Managers, ITT Sheraton, Westin, and Starwood. Mike received his MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado. Mike started in the online travel world when he joined Expedia in 2001 where he served as Vice President and General Manager of five business lines including Distribution, Strategic Accounts, Global Car Rental, Travel Insurance, and Classic Vacations. Mike recently completed a successful CEO engagement with Rovia, LLC, a privately held travel $250 million membership company. Through the unique combination of proprietary travel products, technology and community Rovia created a unique travel platform. Previously, Mike served as CEO of America’s for Car Trawler, a high growth European based Technology Company focused on the global car rental space.
